The Mill Creek Board of Trustees is comprised of three members appointed to the Mill Creek Water Reclamation Board by the Kane County Board Chairman.  All trustees must live within the boundaries of the District while serving. 

 

The District does not currently have any direct employees and contracts out for its accounting, operations/engineering and legal services.

 

 

 

 

 

There is a monthly meeting of the Board of Trustees for the Mill Creek Water Reclamation District held at the Mil Creek SSA offices located in the Village Center Behind the Mill Creek Market on the Fourth Wednesday of the month of the month at 7:00pm.    Residents are encouraged to attend.
